Max. Population is 650 million, and the amount of the soldiers in your army is 1/4 of your population. Nation RPG is placed on an exact copy of the earth in the year of 2017, which means that the geography is the exact same with the real world, but real nations like the USA don't exist. The technology is also the same. Also, no magic. The most important rule is to use your brains and not fight too much. This is supposed to be a "happy" political game.
Wars
Sometimes, wars appear. If you have to fight in a war, you have to follow some rules: There is a war umpire, (anyone, who isn't in the ongoing war in any way), who checks the amount of soldiers, the tactics, the technology and the terrain on both sides and tells the result.
